Railroad Structures

Part of model railroading is setting the scene, and that usually means structures. Railroad are economic creations, designed to move people or things from one place to another for a fee. Therefore, it makes sense to model those industries or locations that are responsible for demanding the rail traffic in the first place.

On-Line Industries

Industries or firms that are rail-served.

Off-Line Industries

Buildings near railroad rights-of-way, but are not themselves rail served or responsible for rail traffic.

Other Railroad Structures

Tunnels, bridges and the rest of rail-related stuff.
